Do I have to create an account?
No. Account creation at JKP Literature is optional. However, we would encourage you to do so because this ensures proper tracking and better communication for your orders.
What are the benefits of signing up?
As a registered user of the website your details are saved securely in the database. This means you do not have to fill in all your details every time you place an order. In addition, as a registered user there are far better tracking facilities available to you, features unavailable to a guest user. For example, you can check the status of your order and even cancel it (if it has not been shipped). Being registered improves communication and tracking to provide you with a better and easier online shopping experience.
How do I create an account?
Follow these 3 simple steps:
- Navigate to JKP Literature's Registration page.
- Enter your name, email address, password, confirm your password, and then click Register.
- A confirmation message will appear on the screen informing you that an activation email has been sent to you. Go to your email, open the email from us for account activation details and follow the prompts to complete your account set up. If you do not find our email in your inbox, please check your promotional emails folder or your spam folder.
How do I change my password?
Follow these 4 simple steps:
- Click on your name on the top right-hand corner.
- Open your Profile.
- Click on
- Type in your current password, type in the new one, retype it once again to confirm it, and then click Submit.

How do I place an order?
Follow these simple steps below:
- Add to Cart
To add an item to your shopping cart, click on the product page.
- Review Shopping Cart
After you have finished shopping, click at the top of the page. To see what you have ordered, click at the bottom right-hand corner.
- Apply for a Discount Coupon
If you have a discount coupon, make sure you enter the coupon code in the box displayed on the Cart Page and click Apply!
- Proceed to the Checkout
When you are ready to place your order, click located on your shopping cart page.
- Account Login
- Registered Customers: Log into your account using the email address you used to create it. If this email address is no longer valid, please contact us to update your account details or simply create a new account.
- New Customers: New customers will need to create an account, or click on Guest Checkout.
- Enter a Shipping Address
Enter your Shipping Address in the space provided.
- Enter a Billing Address
If your billing address is not your shipping address, click the box "Check if Shipping and Billing Address are different.” Enter your billing address and then click
- Payment Information
Select your method of payment.
- Submit Order
- Click “Pay Now” and make payment to complete your order.
- An Order Confirmation will appear on your screen with your invoice number.
- A copy of your order and invoice will automatically be sent to your registered email address.
- Check Your Order Status
If you would like to review your order, click orders on the top right-hand corner of the screen to view your previous orders.

How do I apply for a discount code?
If you have a discount coupon, follow these simple steps below to redeem it:
- Add the items you want to your cart by clicking on the product page.
- Select at the top of any page. Click in the bottom right-hand corner.
- On the cart page, enter your coupon code and click Apply!
I have placed my order. Now what happens?
Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from us. Once packed and prepared for shipment, your package will be given to one of our trusted delivery partners who will deliver it to you. You will receive your order tracking number via email which you can enter on the courier's website to track the status of your order until it is delivered to you.
How are orders packaged?
Orders are individually wrapped in sturdy, waterproof packaging designed to protect the contents from accidental damage.
How does the delivery process work?
Once you have placed your order, our system starts processing it. Your item(s) is passed through a quality check before being packed securely and handed over to the courier who is responsible for delivering it to you.
Should your shipping address fall in a location that is not served by our delivery partners, we will contact you to determine an alternative that will ensure you can receive your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been taken by the courier, you will receive an email with your tracking number that you can use on the respective courier’s website. Simply enter your tracking number and click TRACK ORDER to see where your order is or how long it will take to reach you.

What if my country is not listed in your serviceable countries list?
In the unlikely event of this occurring, our system will not display the payment gateway to you, so you will not be able to place an order. However, you can still visit our site, read our content, view our products, and register to receive our newsletter and other correspondence.
Are there any shipping charges?
For orders above ₹99 we offer free shipping within India.
For orders below ₹99 a nominal shipping charge is applicable within India, ranging from ₹40 to ₹80 based on the location of your shipping address. If applicable, this charge is automatically displayed and added to your charges on the payment page before you complete your purchase.
For customers outside of India, shipping charges are calculated as per the rates issued by the applicable shipping provider.
What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Couriers are not permitted to leave your package if you are not there to sign the form confirming that you have received it. The courier will attempt to contact you on the mobile phone number you entered on your Order Information Form to make alternative arrangements for the delivery. In the unlikely event that your package cannot be delivered, the courier will return it to RGPS and we will endeavour to contact you. Should you want your package resent, the courier will require payment of the shipping fee. Customers are therefore advised to carefully consider the address they enter as their Shipping Address on the Order Information Form.
Can I change the shipping address for my order after I have placed it?
Yes. Shipping addresses within India can be updated prior to the shipment of your order by contacting Customer Support. In the event that your product has already been shipped, we will have to reship your order once it returns to the different shipping address. Consequently, the applicable shipping cost will have to be paid by you.
For orders outside of India, the shipping address can not be modified.
What methods of payment do you accept?
There are various options available to you based on your location. If you reside within India, those options are:
- All major debit and credit cards viz. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and RuPay
- 50+ Netbanking Options including SBI, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Bank and Yes Bank.

For orders made outside of India, payment can be made using your PayPal account. PayPal supports all major credit and debit cards prevalent in your country. Kindly visit the PayPal website for more details, and to create your account if you do not have one.
Are there any provisions for Cash on Delivery?
Due to high demand we are currently not accepting Cash on Delivery orders.
Is the price inclusive of import taxes and duties for international orders?
Although most countries do not impose import duties on books, some do. The amount of duties and taxes to be paid for a shipment is determined by several factors, and the rate varies depending on the country of destination. Therefore, it is not possible to include import taxes and duties in the product.
All import taxes and duties (if applicable) levied by the government of your country must be paid by the customer.
Which currencies are supported by the website?
For India and Nepal payment in Indian Rupee (INR) is accepted, and for all other countries, payments are made in United States Dollar (USD).
INR is the default currency for all orders lodged within India and Nepal. US dollars is the default currency for all orders lodged from any other country.

"Currency not supported by this payment method"
You will get this error when you try to place an international order in Indian Rupee (INR). The default currency for all international orders (made outside of India and Nepal) is US dollars.
You will get this error in one of the following cases:
You reside in India or Nepal and are trying to place an order to be delivered outside India or Nepal.
Download the JKP Literature Android app.
Change the currency to US dollars (this currency switching option is not available on the website) and create the order normally.
If you don’t have android phone please feel free to contact us, we will change your currency in our system.
You are using the JKP Literature Android app and your currency is set as Indian Rupee (INR) and you are trying to place an international order (outside of India and Nepal).
Change the currency to US dollars.
Your shipping address is outside India or Nepal and your computer or phone's IP address detected by our system is inside India or Nepal.
- Check your IP address and make sure it matches your country.
If you don’t know to check/change IP address please feel free to contact us, we will fix your currency in our system.

"You have reached the maximum quantity limit of 2 for this product"
You will get this error when you try to order more than two copies of any book. No more than two copies of any book are allowed to be purchased at a time. If you want to buy more than two copies, you may contact us.
