Policy
Radha Govind Prachar Samagri (RGPS) uses independent courier services to ship all processed orders of books and magazines made through www.jkpliterature.org.in to consumers. RGPS understands that the courier has all necessary policies and procedures in place to deliver packages in a timely, professional manner. The onus is on the customer to ensure all their personal details are entered correctly on their Order Information Form, including their full name, mobile phone number and shipping address, etc. By placing an order on www.jkpliterature.org.in the consumer understands that the courier is independent of RGPS, and therefore, RGPS has no control over:
- The conduct of the courier, such as the time taken to deliver a shipment
- Whether procedures are followed correctly by the courier
- Courier charges
Shipping fees include packaging and handling, courier charges and transport costs, which vary depending on the weight, size and quantity of an order and the shipping location. RGPS reserves the right to change courier services at any time without notice and welcomes feedback from consumers regarding the conduct of the courier service.
Procedure
When a package is collected by the courier for shipment to the consumer, an email will be sent by RGPS to inform the customer. The customer will be able to track the status of the shipment by entering the tracking number on the courier's website. Consumers will find the details of the courier service and their tracking number on the invoice sent to them via email by RGPS. In the unlikely event that a consumer experiences difficulties with the courier service, for example, their package has not arrived or the courier did not phone the consumer before returning the package to RGPS, consumers may contact the courier directly or inform RGPS.
