"The divine truth manifested in this book [Prema Rasa Siddhanta] represents the omniscient intelligence of the writer ... While producing the essence of the Vedas and Darshan Shastras, Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj has also revealed the unlimited loving beauty of God in such a style where intellectuality subsides and criticisms disappear forever. Incredible is this work and incredible is its writer."

In this Sharat Purnima Special Issue there is much to celebrate. On repeated requests from devotees eager to take advantage of his scriptural omniscience, Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj published his first literary work, Prema Rasa Siddhanta, in 1955. On this 60th anniversary of its release, we pay tribute to this miraculous work.

This issue contains rare photographs from inside the original book, and the first published English translation of Kripaluji's original foreword. In addition, translations of endorsements received following its initial release are also included [an example quoted above].

The 10th anniversary of Bhakti Mandir and the inauguration of JKP's third and largest fully charitable hospital, JKC Vrindavan, are also celebrated. Continuing with the theme of devotion, there is a collection of beautiful couplets from Radha Govind Geet, an excerpt from the twelfth chapter on bhaktiyoga from Prema Rasa Siddhanta and a special homage to our beloved master, Jagadguruttam Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj.
