Braja Rasa Madhuri Part One demonstrates the multifarious personality of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj. These 216 sankirtans first published in 1993 also highlight the special trait he had of maintaining exclusiveness to Shri Shyama Shyam, even while singing the glories of various other forms of the Supreme Lord, like Lord Rama, Lord Shankara, and so on. Towards the back are his poetic compositions in Urdhu. How beautifully he expressed devotional sentiments in the ghazal poetic style, further demonstrating the literary skill he had.

In the true sense, Braja Rasa Madhuri Part One is an outpouring of brajarasa. When he composed new verses, he himself relished this rare bliss that is not even accessible to great yogis and munis. It is not just divine poetry, but a revelation of the innermost sentiments of divine love that spontaneously came from the heart of this great rasika poet.
